And this is how we get hurt
Had a pretty good practice. As I'm bringing my hockey back up the front steps to my house, I pull something in my back. Great. I get through the entire practice unscathed and am nabbed by the freakin' bag. Dangit.
(But I got to see Viv again! Hi, Viv!)

hope you get better soon, we have a practice this sunday!
No worries. It's all better today. I even swam yesterday (thinking I'd get out of the pool if it cramped up) and that seemed to help a lot.
